In addition to your list here, I also heavily use Rakuten (Ebates). I know this article is about free Amazon gift cards, but they reward you can earn a free $10 Walmart gift card with them. I racked up a lot of cash back this year for online school shopping for kids clothes. Easiest money I ever made!

Also I noticed last quarter that Rakuten started offering a gift card redemption option where you could maximize your rewards by getting a boost of up to 15% for you cash back earnings. I took advantage of it, and received a 12% boost when I redeemed by cash back for a Macy’s gift card.
